This policy explains how FDE Hydro™ collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details, and message to respond to your request. Your submission is sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
Our chat assistant collects the messages you type. If you choose to share them, it also collects your name, email address, phone number, address, and details about the work you need. AQ Marketing provides the assistant, and Anthropic's AI service generates its replies. We and AQ Marketing keep your chat transcript and any details you provide. This information is also sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel. The assistant answers questions and collects details so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on the site. Our website tools use information to host and deliver pages, protect the site and forms, measure website use and advertising results, and show ads to people who have visited the site. We also use a visitor identification service that tries to identify otherwise anonymous visitors by matching their browser to identity data held by partner networks.
Who receives information
Information goes to providers of website hosting, security, analytics, advertising, visitor identification, chat and AI services, and customer relationship management. Providers of fonts, images, files, code, site tools, and embedded content also receive information when your browser requests their content. We do not sell your personal information. We do share information for targeted advertising.

Cross-site tracking and browser signals
Yes, other parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. Our visitor identification service and Google Ads collect activity across other websites.
Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. You can also use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to turn analytics or advertising cookies off or back on.
